Make an Appointment
Appointment Requests
Most of our appointments are now by phone or video in the first instance. Please note that in order to direct you to the clinician who will best meet your needs you will be asked a number of questions by the reception staff. Please do your best to answer their questions.
Please wear a face covering to protect both you and our staff from Covid 19.
Please cancel your face to face appointment if you, or anyone you live with, have any symptoms of Covid 19 or are awaiting results of Covid 19 tests.
Urgent Appointment Requests
To request an urgent same-day telephone consultation you should telephone the surgery between the hours 8.40 am and 10.00 am.
Routine Appointment Requests
For routine appointment requests telephone the surgery.
As well as requesting an appointment you can order a prescription using the SystmOnline web site.
Our clinicians can book evening or weekend appointments at other practices across the city for patients who need to be seen by a GP or nurse when this practice is closed.
Home Visits
The doctors can carry out home visits for patients who are housebound and who are more vulnerable.
We ask you to call before 11.30 am to arrange this so that we can assess the need for a visit the same day. However, this is at the doctor’s discretion and they will assess your situation over the telephone and advise you appropriately.
