Complaints and Suggestions

We try to provide the best possible service to all our patients. If you have any suggestions for impovement, or feel something has gone wrong, please let us know. Compliments are also welcome!
 
All comments are taken seriously. We reflect on them as a practice, with the aim of improving our knowledge and skills, and shaping the practice to better serve the needs of our patients.
 
If you have a comment or complaint please ring or ask at the reception desk to speak to the Practice Manager, Miss Sue Swiftl. If you prefer, a complaints and suggestions form is available - ask a receptionist.  Alternatively, you can email sheccg.upwellstsurgery@nhs.net marking the email 'FAO The Practice Manager'
 
Please inform us as soon as possible of your complaint, ideally as soon as it happens.  If this is not possible, please tell us of your complaint within 12months of the incident that caused the problem, or within 12months of discovering you have a problem.
 
We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days.
